Local Construction Company Save Youth Centre.

Liverpool Echo; November 2016

Builders and roofers are mucking in to help save a youth centre in Dingle, Liverpool after heavy rain and wind left the roof leaking.

Shocked by the news, Jessica Skelton, 28, whose daughter Lilly, 4, has  been going to the club for two years, asked her old friend Antony Devine  who owns a drywall company to come and look at the damage.

Mr Devine grew up in Dingle with his business partner,  Stewart Case, 33, and they have decided to to fix the building  free-of-charge. “We’re just trying to get that building safe again for the kids. I grew up in that area so it’s nice to give something back.

Testimonial - 'The Miracle of Dingle'

Paul Nilson, Co-ordinator. Team Oasis

Thanks to our newly renovated centre we are now in a position to expand our services even further for this very needy community.     -

For in October 2016 we had the massive good fortune of meeting a local successful businessman, Antony Devine, who along with his business partner, Stewart Case, amazingly decided that they would commit their excellent local business, EC Dry Wall Systems Ltd, to totally renovate the centre that we were using at that time for free. In the same month we were offered an extension to our 7 years lease taking the lease upto 2028. We refer to Antony and  Stewarts intervention as ‘The Miracle Of Dingle’. Antony and Stewart, totally renovated our centre over an eight month period transforming our previously dank, damp activity centre into the most wonderful arts, play and youth centre.
